Hey, what’s up?

Hi, I’m Ricky (He/Him)! I'm an actor/singer/director and teaching artist based in Los Angeles, currently studying Theater Arts at CSU Northridge. I’m driven by a passion for creating impactful theater that explores identity and social issues.

When I'm not performing, I enjoy teaching, photography, and listening to podcasts. Teaching gives me the chance to share my passion for theater and help others discover who they are as artists. Photography fuels the introvert in me and is how I recharge. I also like listening to podcasts on my commute to school and learning different perspectives on topics that I thought I knew.

This summer, I trained at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey in their Summer Professional Training Program, which sparked new ideas for me. I also am passionate about theater education and have had the privilege to serve as an Artist in Residence at Royal High School. Here, I focus on helping young actors develop their skills in a supportive environment that is challenging and engaging.

I'm looking to take on roles and projects that combine my interest in meaningful theater with my love for teaching and directing. I believe our stories can challenge perspectives and inspire both performers and audiences. I'm excited to be on this journey and contribute to work that matters!
